Expansion at Lambeau Field is gaining speed. Phase one of the $143 million project is on schedule, and under budget. Packers stock sales will help pay for the improvements, and for the moment, mother nature seems to be cooperating as well. The Packers gave a sneak peek at the work Thursday.
