The Titletown District is a key part of the NFL draft campus. It didn’t exist 10 years ago

The 2025 NFL draft will showcase the Titletown District less than 10 years after the Green Bay Packers laid out the vision to transform the area west of Lambeau Field in Ashwaubenon.

A decade ago, the area was largely a vacant strip mall and other underutilized commercial properties with a sea of parking lots. The Packers spent almost $30 million buying land and in August 2015 announced plans to develop a live-work-play area they called Titletown.

At the northwest corner of the district, the Packers planned to build a 150,000-square-foot office building to complete the second phase of development. Tenants include Commercial Horizons, Miron Construction, Breathrough and its parent company U.S. Venture. The building would be named the U.S. Venture Center in November 2021.
