Miron Construction Sandbox Acknowledgement and Release

I accept this sandbox for myself and (where applicable) on behalf of my sole proprietorship or business. I/we acknowledge that although the sandbox has been made with care and good craftmanship, it is made of material which may splinter and benches that when folded may create pinch points. I/we accept the sandbox “as is” and with all faults, without any warranties. Miron Construction Co., Inc. disclaims any and all express or implied warranties.

I/WE HEREBY COMPLETELY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS, CLAIMS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER AND DO HEREBY FULLY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE MIRON CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR INJURIES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SANDBOX.
