Miron Construction honored with two 2024 BUILD Wisconsin Awards
Miron Construction Co., Inc. was recently awarded two 2024 BUILD Wisconsin awards from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Wisconsin. Miron has been awarded 68 BUILD Wisconsin awards since the program’s inception in 2003.
Miron Construction was honored in the Commercial New Construction category for the Howard Commons project and David G. Voss, Jr., Miron’s president and CEO, was given the Wisconsin Horizon Award.
Howard Commons
This community gather space includes a 6,750-square-foot activity center, 16,372-square-foot pavilion, and 2,600-square-foot amphitheater. Features of the space include: an open-air pavilion for community events; indoor activity center with spaces for events; multi-season skating rink for roller and ice skating; state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheater surrounded by green space; a Biergarten; and splash pad for children. | Check out the Howard Commons award video
David G. Voss, Jr.
Dave is a leader and visionary who has proudly co-led Miron Construction since 1979. As president and CEO, Dave is deeply ingrained in the daily operations of the company and participates in all aspects of corporate management. He plays a significant role in Miron’s family-focused culture, and his relationships-first mentality reaches far beyond the company’s 1,700 employees. Throughout his nearly 50-year career, Dave has invested personal time and treasure into a multitude of non-profit organizations, in addition to the in-kind work the company provides. He has impacted countless lives and communities near and far.
