Miron Construction named with Leadership Giving Award and Most Generous Workplace Award for 2024 United Way Fox Cities campaign
Miron Construction Co., Inc. has once again surpassed its United Way combined corporate and employee campaign goal, raising more than $774,000, an increase of $80,000 from the prior year. Because of this, United Way Fox Cities has named Miron as the “Leadership Giving Award” winner and “Most Generous Workplace Award” winner in the medium category.
The Leadership Giving Award recognizes workplaces with the highest percentage of Leadership Givers (employees who contribute $1,000 or more per year). The Most Generous Workplace Award – medium category (151-499 employees) recognizes workplaces with the highest campaign totals, based on their number of employees.
“Miron’s dedication and generosity goes beyond financial support – it is also reflected in the many ways their team volunteers their time and expertise, embodying the true spirit of community service,” said Lisa Kogan-Praska, president and CEO of United Way Fox Cities. “Because of Miron’s partnership, more children in our communities are receiving a quality education, more families have access to essential health services, and more individuals are achieving financial self-sufficiency. Thank you, Miron Construction, for your generous heart and spirit, and for serving as a shining example to so many others.”
“Team Miron’s dedication to supporting United Way really speaks to the values that define us,” said Dan Voss, CEO of Miron Construction. “It’s a great reminder that true success isn’t just about what we accomplish individually – it’s about coming together, lifting each other up, and making a real difference in our communities.”
Miron’s commitment to strengthening communities is apparent in its employees’ ongoing donation of time, talent, and treasure. Each year, they make a significant impact on the programs and services supported by United Way throughout each of the communities in which Miron offices are located, including the Fox Cities, Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, Wausau, and Eau Claire, Wisconsin, as well as Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Marquette, Michigan.
