U.S. Venture Center, Parking Garage, and Public Space at Titletown

Project Overview

The U.S. Venture Center, adjacent to Lambeau Field, is a seven-story commercial office space, with a ground floor lobby area, five levels of office space, and a top floor area for meetings and events for tenants. The tower is more than 150,000-square-feet of premium office space and will house several hundred workers when it is fully utilized. The foundation of U.S. Venture Center is 325 parking stalls. It occupies just over 4.5 acres on the west end of Titletown.

Miron’s Green Bay office is located on the third floor of the U.S. Venture Center building.
