Construction worker suicide rates through the roof

June was Men’s Health Month, and it has many discussing, and looking into the issues that face men and mental health struggles.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that 56 people out of every 100,000 construction workers take their lives every year.

That is roughly five times higher than the national average.

Meredith Baciak is a Wellness Coordinator at Miron Construction, and sees the issues that face construction workers daily.
