Eau Claire City Council votes on resolutions

Tonight the Eau Claire City Council voted on a few resolutions.
The city council passed a resolution for the construction of a new PFAS removal facility at the water treatment plant.
The $16.6 million contract was awarded to Miron Construction. Engineering firm Gannett Fleming designed this project in collaboration with the utilities department.
It was designed to meet and exceed state and federal regulations for PFAS removal.
