Howard Commons fits a lot of amenities into a small site, creating a place for community members to come together.
Located in the village of Howard near Green Bay, Howard Commons includes a 6,750-square-foot activity center, a 16,372-square-foot pavilion and a 2,600-square-foot open-air amphitheater. The project also includes a multi-season skating rink for roller and ice skating, a biergarten and a children’s splash pond.
“The project was unique to have all of these features,” said Jake Kroll, a project manager with Miron Construction, the project’s general contractor. “The scale of the open-air ice rink is incredible.”
