Marshfield Medical Center-Park Falls completes phase 1 of replacement project

Marshfield Medical Center-Park Falls celebrated a milestone in its partial-hospital replacement project with a ceremony in Park Falls on Tuesday.
Gov. Tony Evers attended the event to mark the completion of phase 1 of the project. The recently completed phase included adding new spaces for physical & occupational therapy, an inpatient pharmacy, and the 11-bed Med-Surg hospital unit.
“We’re at the halfway mark of an exciting venture that ensures state-of-the-art medical technology and an innovative healing environment remain available for the Park Falls region for years to come,” said Ty Erickson, president of the Marshfield Clinic Health System north market, which includes Marshfield Medical Center-Park Falls.
