Miron Construction projects recognized by The Daily Reporter as 2022 Top Projects in Wisconsin

The Daily Reporter, a statewide construction newspaper, recently honored outstanding Wisconsin construction projects on its annual Top Projects in Wisconsin list. This year, three of Miron Construction Co., Inc.’s projects have been recognized: ThedaCare Medical Center Orthopedic, Spine and Pain, BC Organics biogas facility, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Daniels Chemistry Building Tower.

Awards will be presented at the 24th Annual Top Projects event in mid-May. The event recognizes outstanding achievements by Wisconsin builders, owners, engineers, architects, and more.

BC Organics Biogas Facility in Greenleaf, Wis.
The BC Organics Biogas Facility is a commercial biorefinery that provides 11 multi-generational area dairy farms with a more sustainable manure management practice. Utilizing 16 anaerobic digesters, the facility processes more than 960,000 gallons of manure daily, generating 1,630 MMBtu’s of renewable natural gas. Digestate is further processed to separate the fiber. The fiber is then dried, producing 135 tons per day of fiber bedding for use by participating farms. The remaining digestate liquid is further treated to produce more than 400,000 gallons per day of clean water. See more here.

University of Wisconsin-Madison Daniels Chemistry Building Tower in Madison Wis.
The new UW-Madison Daniels Chemistry Building Tower is a nine-story tower addition (with two additional stories below ground) to the existing chemistry building. To accommodate the ever-growing UW-Madison STEM classes, the new tower houses several lecture halls, offices, laboratories, and group learning spaces. See more here.
