Miron Construction projects recognized by The Daily Reporter as 2023 Top Projects in Wisconsin
The Daily Reporter, a statewide construction newspaper, recently honored outstanding Wisconsin construction projects on its annual Top Projects in Wisconsin list. This year, two of Miron Construction Co., Inc.’s projects have been recognized: Howard Commons and Neenah High School.
Awards will be presented at the 25th Annual Top Projects event in mid-May. The event recognizes outstanding achievements by Wisconsin builders, owners, engineers, architects, and more.

Howard Commons in Howard, Wis.
This community gathering space consists of a 6,750-square-foot activity center, 16,372-square-foot open-air pavilion, and a 2,600-square-foot amphitheater. Features of the space include an indoor activity center with rental spaces for events, multi-season skating rink for roller and ice skating, a state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheater surrounded by green space, Howard Biergarten, and a children’s splash pad. Neenah High School in Neenah, Wis.
This spacious new facility complements the entire student experience: academics, activities, arts, and athletics and facilitates student and educator collaboration. The campus includes various flexible and hands-on learning environments; classrooms and labs designed to support both college and career readiness; state-of-the-art tech ed shops for welding, autos, engineering, and robotics; the most current safety and security measures; an auditorium and auxiliary “black box” theatre; a three-station fieldhouse and weight/fitness center; a large site for efficient traffic flow, adequate parking, and room for additional green space and outdoor learning opportunities; and a geothermal heating and cooling system.
