While the majority of Miron Construction employees focus on constructing buildings and other projects, Maria Seitz dedicates herself to making sure they understand and take advantage on their benefits.
Educating employees about their benefits is essential to Seitz’s role as a human resources manager at Miron.
“I’m fortunate that on an employee’s first day, I’m able to spend a couple of hours diving into the generous benefit package Miron provides,” she said. “I truly enjoy educating our employees on all tips and tricks to utilize and understand our health, dental, vision, HSA and 401 (k) plans.”
