A tour of an active construction jobsite convinced Tara O’Toole of her career path.
“I was hooked. I knew I wanted to be on a jobsite every day, not in the office,” said O’Toole, a project manager with Miron Construction. “I wanted to be able to see the progress made every day and be an integral part of bringing the design team’s drawings to life.”
