Posted by Miron Construction
The Adams Street parking lot will close permanently on Nov. 22 , the city of Green Bay announced on Thursday.
The closure of the parking lot is to allow development of New Land Enterprises’ $55 million, 268-unit high-rise, which will be eight-stories tall and will include enclosed parking, restaurant space and luxury amenities for residents.
The last day to park in the Adams Street Lot will be Nov. 21.
On Nov. 22, the city’s Department of Public Works will remove pay stations, lights, and other hardware from the lot.
The city is also paying Miron Construction $109,702 to remove the Packers Heritage Trail Plaza, which is in the southwest corner of the lot at North Washington and Cherry streets.
