City of Madison selects construction firm for men’s homeless shelter on Bartillon Drive

The city of Madison has selected the construction firm responsible for building a multi-million dollar men’s homeless shelter on Bartillon Drive.
The city said Monday that Miron Construction will build what will become the first-ever purpose-built men’s shelter in Madison.
Miron was selected after submitting the low bid of $21,463,884 plus an 8% maximum construction contingency of $1,717,111, for a total of $23,180,995.
