Eighth annual Miron Construction Build Like a Girl event in Neenah, introduces industry to young women

According to Miron Construction, women make up just 10.9% of the construction industry and only 1% of the field workers. To combat this, Miron hosted an annual event on Thursday to showcase the opportunities women have in the field.
The eighth annual Build Like a Girl event at Miron Construction’s headquarters in Neenah featured nearly 30 female participants from seventh to 10th grade.
