Unsung Hero of the Year – Dorinda Corbett, Field Resources Process Manager
Dorinda Corbett is an unsung “woman behind the curtain,” ensuring that people are taken care of and have what they need to be successful. As a long-tenured Miron employee, she oscillates seamlessly between her many responsibilities, both at the office and Yard Operations, and has for over the past 29 years. Her work is marked by her consistency, detail-orientation, and ability to go above and beyond and do what it takes to get the job done. She is very well-received by superintendents, who appreciate her willingness to answer questions and lend an ear. Dorinda puts people at ease and is a trusted confidant as well as an excellent teacher.
