Project Overview
Breakthrough, a company that helps shippers reduce fuel use and transportation costs, occupies the entire fifth floor and most of the fourth floor of the U.S. Venture Center office building. This build-out includes offices, group workspaces, conference rooms, a board room designed to look like a shipping container, a breakroom/kitchen area, and staff workstation spaces. Additionally, the space includes locker rooms, a studio, and a suspended catwalk. An interior grand staircase internally connects the two levels of the office.
