Project Overview
The new 15,000-square-foot office space, located in the Chippewa Valley region, features open workstations and collaborative spaces for a flexible work environment; training rooms and meeting spaces for clients and community organizations to utilize; creative branding to celebrate Miron’s core values and the Chippewa Valley’s rich history; and an adjacent warehouse building and laydown area to allow for material and equipment to be staged for projects in the region.
In addition, the space includes sustainable features such as geothermal heating and cooling, a photovoltaic-ready roof structure, and is seeking a Silver level of LEED certification under LEED BD+C: NC v4.
