Project Overview

This new office and warehouse facility in southwest Cedar Rapids serves as Miron’s Iowa district headquarters. The building replaces temporary leased locations, and provides more convenient access to project sites. The new facilities also increase Miron’s regional capabilities, and set the stage for continued growth in Iowa. The facilities include an adjacent 6,800-square-foot warehouse on the 5.27-acre site to house the company’s local fleet of machinery and equipment.

True to the company’s core values, the design and construction seized the opportunity to maximize sustainable practices, meeting all parameters set by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) to seek LEED Certification.
