UW-Oshkosh Fletcher Hall Expansion & Renovation

Project Overview

The project included the complete renovation of the existing five floors of the 500-bed 1964 residence hall. An addition of 15,400 square feet created an enhanced entry, expanded circulation, and new social spaces. Finishes were replaced in all resident rooms and common spaces for a refreshed, modern look.

The project also included new mechanical, electrical plumbing, telecom and fire suppression systems; health, safety, and code upgrades; and improved ADA access. Exterior upgrades included roof and window replacements, entry access improvements, security enhancements, and exterior lighting and site improvements.
