To handle increased growth, Lakeside Foods added more than 100,000 square feet to its packaging facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The new spaces accommodate redesigned processing operations that meet food safety standards and added automated packaging equipment. The project included:
• Process: 85,915 SF
• Freezer Addition: 29,213 SF
• Office Space Reconfiguration and Remodel: 7,204 SF
• Employee Welfare: 3,137 SF
