Project Overview
The scope of this project included an 8,826-square-foot building addition with space for a spiral freezer, production, and mechanical rooms. The existing freezer space within the facility was repurposed to house new packing lines, an employee breakroom, and a welfare area. Throughout the project, the Miron team worked with the plant to successfully phase construction with the use of temporary walls to avoid disrupting plant activities. Miron also worked alongside Riverside’s contracted equipment contractors. Miron millwrights installed conveyors, scales, baggers, and other processing and packaging equipment.
