Project Overview

The additions to and complete renovation of this historic 1930s high school building included:

  • Infrastructure upgrades for the entire Middle/High School building (plumbing, HVAC and electrical upgrades, roof replacement, window and door replacement, addition of sprinkler system, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements)
  • Secure main entrance
  • Renovation and modernization of the historic 1930s section (creation of distance learning classroom, elevator and other accessibility improvements, High School classroom updates, widened corridors)
  • Renovation of the STEAM area:
    – Tech Ed. (metals and woods shops)
    – Digital fabrication lab
    – Art classroom
    – Science labs and family/consumer education classroom
  • Middle school classroom addition
  • Kitchen addition
  • Demolition of the two-story, 1956 section
