Renovated spaces include an innovation lab, classrooms, informal learning spaces for students to collaborate and study, and new labs including welding and fabrication, industrial electrical, electronics and controls, industrial maintenance, material science, hydraulics, CAD, manufacturing process, and CNC. An administration suite was also constructed, comprised of new offices for faculty. Both mechanical penthouses were overhauled to include new, efficient units.
